Messi eats ‘glucose tablet’ hidden in his socks in Olympiakos clash 

     Lionel Messi was seen on camera as he picked an object hidden in his socks during Barcelona clash with Olympiakos - He later went on to eat the substance which was later discovered to be a glucose tablet - Messi went on to score a brilliantly taken freekick in the encounter Barcelona striker Lionel Messi scored his 100th goal in all UEFA competition in a 3-1 win over Olympiakos at the Nou Camp - and apparently showed the world the secret to his success. 

In the 10th minute at the Nou Camp, Messi was shown on cameras reaching for a pill in his socks. 

The Argentine then chewed on it before going on to score in the encounter adding another record to his tally. 
According to reports in Spain, Messi was eating a glucose tablet for an energy boost.
